Wow. So glad that you played along with Dreaming of France so I can watch your journey. You were so brave to buy sight unseen. My husband and I are planning to rent for a few months while we look for a property. Good idea or bad idea?

Definitely rent first, preferably in a central spot so you can explore lots of towns and villages in the area you'd like to live in. Although we had never set foot in Lonlay l'Abbaye, we knew what Normandy was like, and what we were looking for. Bonne chance! 4/22/2016 01:42:52 pm

If you have not visited yet, you are sure to be charmed by the people and villages of Normandy.
